Task
Start-ups and small organisations often don’t have in-house designers and researchers, so we’ve built solutions based on their limited budget and time.
Action
We often build a prototype and test it on users in the organisation’s target demographic. This lets our clients think through their proposition and turn it into a reality.
We’ll encourage them to recruit 3-5 users from their own network and give them a set of tasks to complete on the prototype. We observe them carrying out the tasks and use the ‘think aloud’ protocol to get their reaction.
If a business is already turning a profit then we might go straight to improving the content, design and brand. We’ll prepare new screen layouts, wordings, colour palettes and designs. We can also source graphics, illustrations and photography.
